The Path
For those seeking to reclaim birth as a rite of passage
You already know this isn’t just about having a baby…
You’ve felt it in your bones for a long time.
Something in you knows that birth is a threshold — a crossing — not a clinical appointment to be managed or outsourced. You sense that how you walk into this matters. That who you are becoming matters.
And still… even with your intuition, even with your lived experience, there are moments you question yourself. You feel the weight of a culture that doesn’t speak your language, that doesn’t honour your rhythm, that treats birth as something to control rather than something to meet.
This course is for that part of you that already remembers — and wants to remember more.
It’s what you’ve been waiting for because it doesn’t ask you to override your instincts.
It doesn’t ask you to be “brave” in a vacuum or “trust yourself” without roots.
It walks with you.
In a yurt. On the land. In real time, real bodies, real presence.
Through teaching and circle, you’ll weave understanding with embodiment — so your confidence is felt, not forced.
And maybe most importantly: you won’t do this alone.
You’ll sit with other women who get it. Women who feel the cycles, who listen to the land, who know there is something bigger holding them — and want sisterhood, not surface-level connection. Together, you’ll be witnessed, reflected, and strengthened.
By the end of these five sessions, you won’t be trying to “prepare” for birth the way the world tells you to.
You’ll be rooted.
Centred in your body.
Grounded in your choices.
Confident not because nothing can go wrong — but because you know how to stay with yourself no matter what unfolds.
Here, birth is reclaimed as an initiation. A descent and a rising. A rite that reshapes you — not just physically, but spiritually, emotionally, ancestrally. We don’t prepare you by filling your head alone; we prepare your nervous system, your womb, your voice, your sense of belonging.
Through ritual and ceremony, you’ll mark this moment as sacred — not rushed, not diluted.
Through somatic and shamanic practices, you’ll learn how to meet intensity without leaving yourself, how to stay grounded when things open and move.
